Assoc. Professor Ts. Dr. Mohd Zairul or better known as Dr. Zack Zairul established Akademi Dr. ZZ in 2017 after completing his PhD in the Netherlands. Since then, he has conducted over 200 workshops with more than 2000 postgraduate students. Additionally, he has developed innovative tools such as Research FlowZ, LRZ template for systematic Literature Review, Thematic Review for publication, and Thematic Analysis Matrix (TAM) for reporting qualitative data analysis, resulting in several copyrighted works.

Package 1 & Package 2 (Basic Package)
The Package COMBO Program is a two-day comprehensive workshop that integrates elements of both effective research proposal writing and systematic literature review. On the first day, participants are introduced to the fundamentals of crafting a compelling research proposal, including sessions on Research FlowZ and the use of Mendeley for reference management. The day includes practical exercises and discussions aimed at enhancing proposal writing skills. The second day focuses on the systematic literature review process, beginning with an introduction to ATLAS.ti software and methods for exporting articles from Mendeley. The day also covers the LRZ template and culminates in a collaborative discussion on integrating systematic review findings into research proposals.
Package 3 Bootcamp Program 2024
Thematic Review with ATLAS.ti 24
The Thematic Review Bootcamp is an intensive three-day program designed to guide participants through the process of conducting and writing a thematic review paper. The first day covers the basics of thematic review, types of review papers, and effective search strategies for academic articles. The afternoon focuses on data transfer to ATLAS.ti 24 and initial thematic analysis, followed by an evening session on writing techniques. The second day delves into data interpretation and synthesis, drafting the review paper, and incorporates peer review and feedback sessions. The final day is dedicated to finalizing the review paper, with practical sessions on report production using ATLAS.ti 24, and ends with an open discussion and wrap-up.

Thematic Analysis with ATLAS.ti 24
Package 4 offers an in-depth, two-day training on thematic analysis using ATLAS.ti 24. The first day begins with a foundational understanding of thematic analysis, including its philosophical underpinnings and the process of identifying patterns in qualitative data. Participants learn about organizing and preparing data for analysis and are introduced to the features and user interface of ATLAS.ti 24. The second day is hands-on, focusing on coding, creating themes, and exploring relationships within the data using ATLAS.ti’s visualization tools. The workshop emphasizes the importance of rigor and quality in thematic analysis and includes practical sessions for applying the techniques learned, with ample opportunities for questions and discussion.
